The description of industrial ceramic plates
Industrial alumina ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressed or Isostatic pressed, and sintered under high temperature to be a strong and dense ceramic part. We can produce different grades of materials to custom specifications by request, in addition to custom compositions for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies.
In order to reach some special application, like enhance the insulation strength, dielectric, precision assembly, we always proceed with these ceramic alumina plates with the secondary process with our in-housing manufacturing types of equipment, including diamond polishing, glazed surface, high precision dimensions, and super flat surface and metalized.
