Ceramic Furnace Tube main application and characteristics:
Ceramic furnace tube is mainly used in metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, lithium battery anode and cathode materials, new energy, grinding tools and other industries under certain atmosphere conditions. Corundum tube is mainly used in high temperature vacuum tube furnace, vacuum atmosphere furnace, tin bath tube for float glass industry, protective tube for solar glass, wire support tube for electric furnace, chlorine pipe for aluminum trichloride industry, muffle furnace tube, etc. the service temperature of the product is 1200-1800 ℃, and it has the characteristics of good thermal shock resistance, acid and alkali resistance, erosion resistance and long service life, The service life of vacuum furnace tube is about 100 times within 1800 ℃ and the service life of tin bath tube is about 5 years.
Attention when using ceramic furnace tube :
1.In order not to affect the service life of the furnace tube, recommended maximum heating rate and cooling rate are from 10 to 20 ℃ / min.
2. In consideration of the heat-expansion and cold-contraction principle, Please try to avoid the furnace tube touching the high temperature or cool object suddenly.
3. Furnace tube will appear tiny cracks after a period of time, which is normal phenomenon while the cracks will not affect the use, and can be repaired with aluminum oxide coating.
4. Recommended not pass into corrosive gas. If you want to pass into highly corrosive substances such as S, Na, etc., special treatment is needed on the furnace tube.
5. High temperature solution can not be leaked into the furnace tube, While base plate and alumina powder can isolate the furnace tube.
