Its color is grey , with density of 3.34g/cm3. The thermal conductivity could reach 180 W/ (m.k ) at 25 ℃. Dielectric constant ≤8.5 MHz. Dielectric loss factor 0.3 , Breakdowm strength>15 Kv /mm. The flexural strength is 446 Mpa . Surface roughness 0.2~0.6um .
