High Voltage High Vacuum Feedthrough
3X Ceramic parts company helped customer developed high voltage high vacuum feedthrough with low leak rate less than 1x10E-10 MBAR LIT / SEC ( checked with helium leak detector ) , vacuum capability of 1x10E-10 MBAR under the voltage rate of 15KV , Current Rating 3 AMPS. As you can noted on the product photo, the weld lip is SS 304 or kovar , the ceramic part is made of 95% alumina ceramic white glazed. The conduct rod is made of stainless steel 304.
We make the ceramic braze to SS in the vacuum furnace under very high temperature and pressure . After goods finished , we could check the sealing condition and leak rate by our hulium leak detector .
